Ordering & Delivery

When you order with us, your item ships out in 1 to 2 business days. We typically ship out your Product that day or the morning of the next day. (Dependent on what time you ordered) 
Shipping takes 3-7 Business days to arrive to you. 

A:If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we suggest that you cancel the order and reorder. Otherwise, if the order has already been placed with the rider, we cannot change the address. Please also contact us. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

A:Unfortunately, we do not accept canceling your order as we will immediately start producing the product and ship it after placing the order. There is only a short period of time between you placing your order and we starting to process it. A: Our product is not suitable for children to play with. Do not allow your child to climb, sit, or stand on the product. They are only designed for pets.

A:  Clean the wooden surfaces with a dry or damp cloth. Do not use any hard or abrasive commercial cleansers. Clean the carpet mats and fabrics with a brush or a vacuum cleaner. You may hand wash or machine wash the hammock fabric and the cushion pillow cover in cold water. If you were to use a dryer, it is recommended to use cold air to prevent shrinking of the 100% cotton fabrics.
